Welcome to Nizma Skincare — where natural beauty meets science.

I’m Ayan Osman, founder of Nizma Skincare. As a Black woman and proud immigrant from a small village in Uganda, I created this brand with a clear purpose: to nourish, protect, and celebrate melanin-rich skin using plant-based, effective skincare.

Growing up as the youngest of nine siblings, and later dealing with hormonal acne throughout my teenage years, I found that most conventional products didn’t work for me. That struggle led me to explore holistic, plant-based remedies — and that’s where healing truly began for my skin, mind, and body.

Inspired by my upbringing and the resilience of my mother, I launched Nizma in 2022 here in the Pacific Northwest. Every product is made with intention, using powerful botanical ingredients like aloe vera, chamomile, rose, lavender, and green tea — all chosen for their ability to soothe, hydrate, and transform the skin naturally.

Whether you’re dealing with acne, dryness, or signs of aging, our formulas are clean, vegan, cruelty-free, and made with love.
