Return & Refund Policy — Nizma Skincare LLC
All our products are sold as final sale. However, we may accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges for products purchased within the last 30 days under certain circumstances:
1. When a customer receives a product different from what was ordered.
2. When products are determined to be defective, with photos provided as proof of damage.
3. Other circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sellable items.
4. All returns must be shipped back using the return label provided by customer service. Returned products determined to be non-defective will not be subject to any rework or restocking fees.
6. Any items returned to Nizma Skincare without an accompanying printed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be eligible for a refund.
Klarna Purchases Special Return Policy
For all items purchased using Klarna, the following applies:
You have the right to return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened and unused to qualify, due to sanitary reasons.
Restocking fees, credits, or exchanges are NOT applicable to Klarna purchases.
Refunds will be processed only to the original Klarna payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Additional Notes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Please contact customer service at support@nizmaskincare.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping label before returning any product.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
